About sessions

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is gentle and effective, working with your system at the pace of health. Occasional one-off sessions can nourish. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions support integral well-being and the unwinding of chronic conditions. The strength of the relational field offers the grounds for healing, when there's a genuine felt sense of safety and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are 60, 75, or 90 minutes. Book one or more sessions here.

New clients, please book a complementary 20 minute call.

To prepare for a session—wear clothes comfortable enough to nap in; don't eat a big meal just before; and get a good night's sleep if you can (without stressing if you can't, just know you may sleep during the session which doesn't impede its efficacy).

I appreciate payment in advance via venmo (@ri-dym) or cash at the time of the session. I am able to offer sliding scale sessions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out by text or email to let me know your needs.

DESCRIPTIONS

Free consultation — If you're interested in working with me, please book a time to talk. This gives us a chance to meet each other and connect. I can answer your questions. Together we take a little time to check out whether we might be a good fit for this work. Craniosacral therapy thrives in a co-regulated field. It makes all the difference that we meet each other (on zoom) before your first session. Feel free to reach out via text if you don't see a time that works for you in the bookings calendar.

60 minute session — great for a restorative table session or a somatic / online session. Enough time to drop into the healing field, to connect with your intentions, to feel restored.

75 minute session — offers a bit more spaciousness. For ongoing sessions, 75 minutes gives us plenty of time to check in and for your system to expand and reset. If you've got space in your schedule and budget, this is the ideal length.

90 minute session — recommended for your initial visit. For ongoing sessions, this amount of time means your system has expanded support to metabolize and integrate your experiences. More initial time for orientation and intentions, more post-session time for integration.

A gift: 30 minute Inquiry-into-Resistance practice — voice or video — I've personally found this to be transformative. It can totally flip your perspective on what you've been resisting. And can totally feel good. This practice includes us both—no hierarchy—as we take turns inquiring about the resistance to a topic you choose. (A practice from Anna Chitty of the Colorado School of Energy Studies.)

My priority is your well being and *felt sense* of safety — going slow and titrating what arises, especially the difficult stuff, supports you in the field of health.
