SERVING THE EAST BAY, N. CALIFORNIA (IN PERSON) & THE WORLD (ONLINE)
I'm here to welcome and genuinely appreciate whatever arises, and invite whatever is wanted in response — lightness, slowing down, spaciousness or proximity, attunement, curiosity, play, reflection, and more. Our sessions may be serious or playful and funny. By simply "being with" what's here in a co-regulated space, together we open the possibility for transformation.
I discovered biodynamic craniosacral therapy during personal explorations into body-mind-spirit interconnections. Craniosacral therapy brought me a deep and complete felt sense of self-connection. It became a key part of my healing from early childhood trauma. I am in awe that I no longer live with incoherent, stomach-clenching dread, that I often feel ease and play even when I'm facing challenges.
The lively presence and embodied intelligence of my BCST teachers and therapists brought about a wonderful change in my embodied experience of reality. Where in the "before times" I routinely experienced the world as hostile or dull, I now find that it is welcoming, sparklingly alive, and delightfully mysterious.
My training includes Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy and Polarity Coaching certificates, both from the Colorado School of Energy Studies. Continuing education includes Modules 0–2 of the Castellino Training in Ojai, CA and visionary craniosacral training at the Hugh Milne Institute. I'm also acting as a TA for my friend and colleague Jessica Garay.
Other interests and practices include meditation, contact improv, tai chi, and dreaming / dream work. I am also an artist who draws, performs, and writes. Also, all the photos on this site are mine (except the picture of me, above, which was taken by my friend Faye).
