Before your first session, I'd like to meet you! Please book a discovery call below (& please text me if the listed times don't work).
After that, we'll schedule in person, via text, or a call. I enjoy the directness and also a little more space away from my computer. I hope you do too!
Discovery Call — free — zoom.
A chance to meet each other and connect, for me to answer your questions. Together we take time to find out if the fit feels right. Craniosacral therapy depends on your felt sense of safey in a co-regulated field. It makes all the difference that we meet each other (on zoom) before your first session.
60 minute session — $150 —great for a restorative session, recommended for routine visits. Enough time to drop into the healing field, to connect with your intentions, to feel restored.
90 minute session — $225 — recommended for your initial visit. For ongoing sessions, this amount of time means your system has expanded support to metabolize and integrate your experiences. More initial time for orientation and intentions, more post-session time for integration.
